  1. Find the real problem

I clarify who it is for, what they need to do, and what is getting in their way.

  2. Design and build

I shape the experience and the system together, turning early ideas into working software.

  3. Test, fix, repeat

I test the full journey, fix what breaks or feels unclear, and keep iterating until it holds up.

  4. Maintain and improve

After launch, I keep it reliable, solve the issues that surface, and improve it as needs change.

A little bitabout me.

I like being involved from the idea all the way through launch. I start with the customer problem. Building is the easy part. Fitting it to how people actually work is where I shine.
